A computer animated adventure. A cave family called the Croods survives a natural disaster, due to the overprotective nature of their stubborn patriarch Grug. The only one who questions the family’s sheltered life is his teenage daughter Eep, who frequently disobeys her father’s orders out of curiosity, which he finds dangerous. The family spend time sheltered in their cave.

A New Kind of Home
Taliesin partnered with the Fusion project, City of Sanctuary Swansea and with the support of Creu Cymru and the Research Wales Innovation Fund (HEFCU and Swansea University) to connect with a group of refugees and asylum seekers, creating a space to talk about the kinds of films they would like to see on our screen and that resonated with them and their experiences. This film screening of CROODS, is part of that film series, created by the group.
